West Coast Equine (WCE) is owned and operated by Jenny
Sherbo and headquartered at the Sliding J Ranch. Jenny has been
active in the horse business and rodeo competition since her childhood
and has formal education in animal husbandry at Cal State Fresno.
She's worked with Jeff Oswood, Carol Rose and other well known horseman
across Texas, California and places in between. Jenny lives on the ranch
with her husband Trevor and son Dean.
Together Jenny and WCE offer a full range of services
at the Sliding J:
- full horse training from starting colts, futurity
horses, non pro and open show horses and well broke using horses for
the trail and range.
- lessons for adults and youth in basic western
riding, reining, cutting, reined cow horse, roping and barrel
racing.
- a full service stallion station and breeding
operation that includes foaling, mare boarding, embryo transfer,
collection, chilling, shipping, receiving and freezing semen using
the latest technology and equipment.
